Xavier Camps is Global Head of Tax & Insurance at Bata, where he leads the Group’s global tax strategy, transfer pricing, tax controversy, Pillar Two and insurance matters. Prior to joining Bata, he spent more than a decade at Electronic Arts (EA), most recently as Tax Director responsible for Transfer Pricing and Tax Controversy, and previously developed his international tax expertise within Big Four advisory firms. He has over 20 years of experience in international taxation, managing complex cross-border matters across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, with a particular focus on transfer pricing, business model transformation and tax disputes. Based in Switzerland, Xavier is a regular speaker at international tax conferences and a visiting professor at the University of Lausanne.
