Dennis Gemberling is president and principal of Perry Group International, a management and consulting services firm specializing in hospitality, food and beverage, and related industries with offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Phoenix. He has over 35 years’ experience and his educational background includes among other activities a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University and Certificates in Receivership Administration, Procedures & Law from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Since 1985, Mr. Gemberling has provided expertise as an Asset Manager, Receiver, Interim Property Manager, Owners Representative, and Turnaround Consultant for over 500 clients involving hospitality industry sector businesses and real estate with sales in the $500 thousand to $100 million range and typical values in the $1 million to $100 million range both nationally and internationally. These assets include full-service, convention, boutique, and limited-service hotels, extended-stay, all-suites, condo, fractional and timeshare lodging and resorts, independent and chain restaurants, bars and night clubs, and mixed-use properties. He has been appointed in receivership and bankruptcy cases in both Federal and State Courts and is engaged on assignments nationwide.
