Javier Jorge is a seasoned leader in SBA lending, fintech, and small business advocacy. He currently serves as Director of Government Guaranteed Lending at Locality Bank, where he spearheads SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs, optimizing access to capital for small businesses. He is a Board Member of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), actively working to shape SBA policy and improve program efficiency.

Beyond banking, Javier is a committed entrepreneur and fintech innovator. He was a co-founder of FlashSpread, an automated financial analysis platform that streamlined underwriting for lenders, and now leads ChatBiz, a platform connecting small businesses with mission-based and government resources.
