Visit The Culinary Experience, located in Lakeside Center Level 3 (Booth 10448) to see and hear from three unique and innovative culinary masters during today’s chef-led demos. First up is native Chicagoan, Chef Lamar Moore, who will present his unique approach to New American Fair from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Next, Chef Tiffany Derry will take the stage from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to share her favorite southern dishes. Rounding out the lineup is Chef Andrew Zimmern, who will demonstrate how to craft some of his favorite plant-based dishes and give tips on how to incorporate plant-based proteins into everyday cuisine.
