Leader of Technical Support / Process Development department: responsible for development of new methodologies for peptide synthesis and DSP, development of new small molecule synthesis & DSP routes, production of development & validation batches, manufacturing support, process surveillance, trouble shooting, external relocations (outsourcing & tech transfer), project & change management, QbD. Responsible for compliance of the departmental activities with SHE, quality/GMP and SOX regulations. Coordinating function with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, Purchasing, Intellectual Property, Quality and Regulatory departments, contract manufacturers and customers.
