Dan is Co-founder and COO of EnPlusOne. He joined the founding team in business school through Harvard’s Activate Program, drawn to the potential of EnPlusOne’s enzymatic RNA synthesis platform. As a Blavatnik Fellow, he gained key resources and mentorship to help launch the company in 2022. Since then, EnPlusOne has raised $22M to advance its technology. Previously, Dan was a process engineer at Sanofi, supporting large-scale cGMP manufacturing and leading purification operations for an award-winning biomanufacturing facility. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
