Profile

Masayuki Sugimoto is a Group Manager of Nucleic Acid Medicine Business Division at Nitto Denko Corporation. Dr. Sugimoto received his Ph.D. in Medicine from Hokkaido University in 2016. Prior to Nitto Denko Corporation, he researched at Japanese pharmaceutical company in Japan for 13 years and Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute in the US for one year. After he joined Nitto Denko Corporation in 2021, Dr. Sugimoto has been working on development of nucleic acid medicine and delivery for liver diseases.
