David Owen is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Pure Industrial. He is responsible for the company’s overall operations, with a focus on company strategy, operations (corporate and real estate), and portfolio management. David has over 12 years of real estate experience, and prior to joining Pure Industrial he spent time at a retail private equity real estate fund manager and prior to this at a privately managed real estate funds group focused on investing in and lending on Canadian urban real estate. He has a Honours B.A. (Economics) from The University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
