Jim Carr is the Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Global Procurement at BGO. Jim leads a global team responsible for delivering enterprise-wide business solutions to enable a safe and proactive platform for various businesses. Jim also works with business leaders within the organization to develop and roll out innovation initiatives focused on differentiating the platform for the investors and real estate assets owned and managed. Prior to joining the company, Jim spent 9 years creating and managing a global real estate technology advisory practice named One11 Advisors, which he later sold to Altus Group in 2019. Prior to One11, Jim served in many other leadership positions including Director of Deloitte Consulting’s real estate advisory practice, Independent Advisor for Lehman Brothers (post-bankruptcy), and Senior Vice President of Finance for a top-ten public builder in the United States. Jim has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California.
