Keith Major is a Managing Partner with BGO. Based in Toronto, Keith was the head of the Canadian Real Estate Management group until July, 2023. Since stepping down as head of Canada’s Real Estate Management team, Keith focuses on value-add projects and the execution of net zero strategies deployed at the asset level. Keith has over 35 years' experience in commercial real estate operations and management and joined the Bentall Kennedy team in July 2000. Previously employed by Manulife Real Estate Keith was responsible for Manulife Centre, foreclosed properties, development of a number of projects, and the asset management of 3rd party managed properties. Keith is an honours graduate of Urban Land Economics program through the University of British Columbia. He holds the professional designation of CPM and is a member of REIC & BOMA.
