Lindsay Stiles is the Managing Director, Downtown Toronto for Colliers where she leads the growing office and retail brokerage teams and operations staff fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and performance. She has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with progressive senior leadership roles in leasing, operations, and asset management in multiple markets across all asset classes. Prior to joining Colliers, Lindsay was Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded REIT where she was responsible for the asset strategy and performance of 8 million square feet of commercial properties across North America. Her background allows her to provide a unique perspective on best-in-class operational practices and leasing strategies for both the public and private markets to drive outsized returns. Lindsay holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography (Urban Development) from Western University and is a registered real estate broker in Ontario.
