Matt Lewis-Strauch is a global HR leader with a mandate that includes supporting Sun Life’s Corporate Leaders and helping reimagine its future workforce experience. He is focused on helping the organization design its future of work by building a talent experience that drives the organization forward. This includes developing strategies focused on effective hybrid working, building a skills infrastructure, and rethinking the worker ecosystem.

Prior to joining Sun Life, Matt led a Global Future of Work Centre of Excellence which was established to conduct ongoing research into the changing nature of work, and to develop new technology assets which reflect these changes.

Matt brings a future-focused lens a to variety of organizational challenges centered around the workforce experience. By developing a differentiated experience, he is helping Sun Life to create a competitive advantage that is sustainable as work continues to change.
