Sarah Ward is the Director of Investments at Greyspring Apartments. She leads the investments team and is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating the acquisition, debt financing, and disposition of multi-family investment opportunities. Prior to joining Greyspring, Sarah spent two years at Marlin Spring and four years at the Minto Group on their respective acquisition and investment teams. She has over 9 years of commercial real estate investment experience across Canada’s major markets and in a range of asset classes, including multi-family, senior’s housing, and office.
