Tom Knoepfel is responsible for the management of the retail operations Cadillac Fairview’s real estate portfolio spanning 19 large regional shopping centres across Canada. Tom has been with Cadillac Fairview for twenty years, having spent time with both Ivanhoe Cambridge and Sun Life prior to joining CF. He is actively involved in the Vancouver real estate community, and is a past president of both NAIOP Vancouver and BOMA BC. Tom is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology and also has a diploma in Urban Land Economics through the University of British Columbia. A lifelong resident of British Columbia, Tom is married with three children, all of whom now also have careers in real estate.
