In this session, we explore the breadth of operational transfer pricing, the importance of getting it right and the practical steps to make relevant, tangible improvements. Many transfer pricing challenges that businesses face are typically not about the policies themselves or the documentation but about the execution. While operational transfer pricing is often equated to systems or automation, we explore in this presentation the importance of strong operational transfer pricing foundations in delivering accurate transfer pricing policies within a robust governance environment. On the systems and technology side, we discuss the range of available solutions and how to assess their relative suitability.
