Adrian Maasch has more than a decade of experience in transfer pricing, predominantly within the financial services sector. He currently focuses on complex intellectual property structuring and operational transfer pricing within the iGaming industry. Adrian has extensive experience across Western Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. His expertise includes transaction structuring, C-suite governance, intellectual property valuation and structuring, complex financial instruments, tax controversy management, and the leadership of audit defence and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) strategies across multiple jurisdictions.He has advised US, European and Chinese-headquartered banks on transfer pricing matters, designed and implemented transfer pricing models for global private equity firms, reinsurers and hedge funds, and led transfer pricing due diligence on high-profile US and European M&A transactions.
