Adrian has extensive experience across Western Europe and APAC and specialises in global structuring, IP valuation and migration, complex financial instruments, tax controversy, and leading audit defences and APA strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Super Group, Adrian advised on transfer pricing for US, European and Chinese headquartered banks, designed transfer pricing models for global private equity, reinsurers, and hedge funds, and led transfer pricing due diligence for high-profile US and European M&A transactions.
