Alpha NGOM is Senior tax inspector and served, among others positions, as senior technical advisor on International taxation to the Director General, Head of International Tax office at DGID Senegal.

Roles:

The Chairperson of the Cross-Border Taxation Technical Committee of the African Tax

Administration Forum (ATAF);

The Vice-Chairperson of The International taxation committee of West African Tax Administration Forum

The Co-chair of the Addis Ababa Tax Initiative;

The Vice-chair of the OECD’s Task Force on Digital Economy;

An elected Member of the OECD’S steering group of the Inclusive Framework on BEPS.

He represents The Republic of Senegal at the United Nations (UN) negotiating technical committee in elaborating the Framework Convention for International tax cooperation.

M. NGOM is a lecturer on international taxation and multinational enterprises’ taxation, respectively, at Senegalese Universities and the National School of Administration.
