Donasia Massambo is a Director at Coretax Africa, where she leads the firm's transfer pricing services practice. She is among Tanzania's pioneering transfer pricing professionals, having begun her career in transfer pricing when the country introduced its first TP Regulations.

She has extensive experience advising Multinational Enterprises across diverse industries and sectors with transfer pricing planning, compliance, advisory and dispute resolution. She has also played a key role in policy development, contributing to OECD consultations, advising national regulatory bodies and supporting capacity building initiatives for tax authorities across Africa.
Donasia began her career at KPMG East Africa, supporting engagements across Eastern Africa and the United Kingdom, later leading the TP practice at KPMG Tanzania. She was formerly the founder of TP&Tax Advisors, which was a boutique transfer pricing services firm in Tanzania.
