Ilka Ritter is a Tax Policy Advisor for the United Nations Tax Committee in New York / USA where she focuses on transfer pricing. In this role, she supports the UN Subcommittee on Transfer Pricing in developing guidance on different transfer pricing topics with a special focus on developing countries and emerging economies. Prior to joining the UN, Ilka worked as a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager at EY’s Berlin office where she advised multinational enterprises in the area of transfer pricing, ranging from compliance to structuring and tax audit defence including competent authority procedures. She holds a degree in Business Economics (B.Sc.) and a degree in European Studies (B.A.) from University Maastricht as well as a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
