Ine-Lize is the founder of inFidi. She also holds the position of director responsible for Enterprise Development and Governance in the OTB Group of Companies. She specialises in tax governance, transparency and stakeholder engagement for large multinationals across the African continent, encouraging a different perspective on tax - towards justified trust and sustainable tax strategies. Ine-lize is the Practice Group Convener - Tax transparency at the ESG Exchange - a global initiative of the Good Governance Academy to rapidly globalise scarce sustainability reporting know-how and expertise. Her passion is to support organisations to demonstrate their positive impact in societies, through their approach to tax and their payments to governments in an integrated manner, as part of their purpose driven value creation objectives. She works with large corporates to integrate tax into the organisation's sustainability, governance and corporate reporting universe. She participates in research projects related to tax transparency and contributes to articles, publications and training on the topic. Ine-lize worked at Vodacom where she was responsible for tax governance and tax risk management across the Group. She was instrumental in initiating their highly recognised tax transparency report and tax governance framework. She spent 10 years at PwC South Africa, where she lead initiatives related to optimising the tax function to deliver incremental value through key enablers, process reengineering, robust governance, elimination of control failure and increased automation. She is and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, holds a Masters degree in Taxation and Commercial Law from the University of South Africa and is a Prosci Certified Change Manager.
