Maphuti has over 13 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing and International Tax, having worked in the “Big 4” audit advisory environment, the South African Revenue Authority as well as large multinational listed corporations. Over the past few years, she has gained extensive experience in the mining and natural resources industry, focusing on managing Masterfile/ Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR) documentation and country-specific Local file documentation for subsidiaries in Africa and other jurisdictions across the world, maintaining Transfer Pricing Policy Documentation and Controversy/ Defense strategies that are in line with the OECD/ BEPS, as well as managing Pillar 2/ Automation and international tax projects.
