Marissa specialises in international tax. She has experience in the application and interpretation of tax treaties, holding company regimes, withholding taxes, permanent establishments, international tax structuring for both in-bound and out-bound clients, transfer pricing and exchange control regulatory matters and South African corporate tax. She completed her BA Law and LLB (cum laude) at the University of Pretoria and her M.Com in South African and International Tax at North-West University.
