He currently serves as the Group Head, Tax & Transfer Pricing at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, a diversified conglomerate operating across Africa, the Middle East, India, and Asia. In this capacity, Mark directs group-wide tax governance, leads transfer pricing compliance across jurisdictions, and oversees the design and implementation of robust tax optimisation and reporting structures. His work supports strategic financial planning, safeguards corporate reputation, and ensures proactive alignment with evolving global tax standards.

Mark’s career spans high-responsibility roles in globally respected organisations. At Mondelēz International, he led West Africa’s tax and transfer pricing portfolio, driving compliance excellence and implementing key tax transformation initiatives. His prior roles at Nigerian Bottling Company (Coca-Cola Hellenic), Unilever, KPMG, and Zenith Bank provided him with a strong base in tax, corporate finance, regulatory interpretation, and structured advisory.
