Nishana Gosai

Group Head of Transfer Pricing at MTN Group

Nishana is currently Head of TP for the MTN Group. Prior to that she occupied various positions in advisory and industry and most notably was the former Head of Transfer Pricing at the South African Revenue Services Large Business Centre, during which time she represented South Africa on the United Nations Sub-Committee on Transfer Pricing, the OECD’s WP6 and the ATAF Cross Border Taxation Committee. Nishana is also a current member of the Tax Court and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants National Tax Committee and the Transfer Pricing Sub-Committee. In 2021 she co-authored the LexisNexis publication Africa Transfer Pricing Practice Guide.
