Rakhi Bhattacharya is the Senior Director and Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Fiserv, a Fortune 500 fintech company. She leads the company’s global transfer pricing strategy, governance, and risk management. Rakhi is known for aligning complex tax frameworks with business needs, operational scalability, and regulatory resilience. Rakhi has deep experience in intellectual property planning, supply chain structuring, and managing tax disputes. She has led major negotiations such as APAs, MAPs, and Competent Authority cases across several countries. She also oversees the design and implementation of Fiserv’s global transfer pricing models and drives AI-enabled tax optimization initiatives. Rakhi’s brings a broad, cross-industry perspective through her work at Big Four firms and multinational companies in financial services, technology, and pharmaceutical industries. She is recognized for her practical approach, strong technical expertise, and ability to work across complex stakeholder groups. She holds an MS in Business Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School and an MBA from Clark University.
