Stephen is Manager in the International Taxation Unit of the Zambia Revenue Authority. He manages transfer pricing audits and handles other international taxation matters such as Permanent Establishment issues, corresponding adjustments, Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) cases and other Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) issues. He has also played a pivotal role in the formulation of transfer pricing regulations and other legislative pieces on international taxation in Zambia, and currently participating in the ongoing deliberations on Taxation of the Digital Economy. Having joined the international taxation unit as an auditor, Stephen has gained vast knowledge on the economic circumstances that surround various sectors including Mining, Banking, Telecommunications, etc and the unique opportunities and challenges faced by the sector players.
