Audit Specialist-Transfer Pricing (Large Taxpayer Unit) at Botswana Unified Revenue Service

Thadia Kabubi works for the Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS) as Head of the Transfer Pricing Audit at the Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU). He manages transfer pricing audits and handles other international taxation matters such Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and also Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs). He has played a critical role in advancing compliance amongst MNEs and also formulating transfer pricing regulations and other legislative pieces on international taxation in Botswana. Thadia is currently the Botswana delegate at the OECD discussions on the Two Pillar solution been a member of a number of Technical Committees. He is also a member of the ATAF Cross-Border Technical committee (CBT).

He holds a Master degree in Tax Administration and Revenue Law, a Management development program from Stellenbosch university and an alumnus of the Harvard Executive program in African Emerging Economic Markets.
