Aparna brings deep technical expertise in supply chain/business model transformation, transfer pricing controversy and design of global compliance and reporting solutions to clients in the retail, consumer, automotive and life sciences (LS) sectors.

Aparna has built a strong reputation in advising clients on:

• Strategy, design and implementation of multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing policies involving various complex cross-border transactions; focussed on value chain alignment
• Aparna also advises clients on managing transfer pricing controversy and dispute resolution at various stages of the process, including risk reviews, audits, objections/appeals and mutual agreement procedures
• Aparna also has extensive experience in relation to the preparation of transfer pricing studies and the coordination of global transfer pricing documentation for multinational enterprises.
