Benedict has 15 years of experience in International Tax and Transfer Pricing spread across consulting firms and large MNCs. Having much hands-on experience partnering with business stakeholders on tax and TP controversy cases, including work on litigation and treaty-based arrangements, Benedict’s “value add” lies in his appreciation of the interplay between technical, commercial and governmental considerations.

His passion for tax and TP led him to pursue his Master of Laws in International Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam where he graduated cum laude and was awarded the Best Master’s thesis for his work on Pillar 1 Amount B.
