Elaine is a Group Tax Specialist in the Transfer Pricing and Dispute Resolution Branch of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). She is involved in formulating transfer pricing policy, and in negotiating Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), supporting the resolution of cross‑border transfer pricing disputes and enhancing tax certainty for taxpayers.
