Firas has more than 15 years of professional and research experience, including 12 years of transfer pricing experience. He has extensive experience in leading restructuring engagements, including the design, implementation, and defense of IP, operating and service principals. Firas also advises clients on cost sharing, intangible valuation, global documentation, headquarter cost allocations, intercompany financing, and audit defense. He has significant experience serving companies in each of the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, and Services.

Firas is a regular speaker on transfer pricing and business model optimization issues and has (co-)authored a number of articles on tax efficient supply chain restructuring and intellectual property analysis.
