Fouzia is a seasoned Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax and International Tax professional with more than a decade of experience across Deloitte, PwC, EY, and leading multinational groups in the GCC region. She specializes in Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, BEPS compliance, and cross-border tax advisory, with expertise in OECD and GCC tax regulations. Currently serving as Manager – Tax and Transfer Pricing at Food Specialities Limited, Dubai, she leads tax strategy, group compliance, tax audits, restructuring, cost allocations, and intercompany policy implementation across GCC entities. Fouzia has worked with several large multinationals and family foundations engaged in automobile, steel industry, F&B & retail markets, managing their complex TP arrangements and tax compliances across Middle East/GCC, Europe, APAC, Americas, etc.
With UAE newly introduced corporate tax and transfer pricing rules, she has experience in successfully implementing the tax frameworks and streamlining the business processes to make it tax & cost efficient, in her recent roles.
