Gagan has an overall experience of more than sixteen years experience in industry and consulting firms. He specializes in international tax and transfer pricing matters. Gagan handles large portfolio of clients from various industries ranging from Real Estate and Infrastructure, Consumer Durables, Plantation, Airlines, IT & ITES, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive and Telecommunications. Gagan has an experience of working in multiple jurisdictions and well-aware of the contemporaneous trends of tax world. He has led and settled many complex audit and litigation cases and positioned Deloitte as TP controversy champion in the market. He takes an active interest in the technology initiatives of the firm. Gagan is also passionate about trainings and conduct various advanced trainings / workshops. He regularly speaks in various internal and external forums and contribute articles in renowned publications.

Gagan also has extensive experience of dealing with the IRB on client cases and representing client interest in tax policy related matters.

Gagan holds a degree in Masters of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and CPA from Arizona State Board of Accountancy, US.
