Gene is the Head of Tax for Forvis Mazars Singapore and has more than 22 years of experience as a Tax Advisory Specialist, including his 12 years of experience as an international tax lawyer for one of the biggest firms in Amsterdam and Singapore. He Co-founded a Tax Advisory legal business which he grew to an 18-man team in just four years. Gene’s main areas of focus include cross-border tax planning, setting up private equity and venture capital structures, finance transactions, transfer pricing and tax advisory services. In addition, he is well-versed in dealing with both corporate and private clients in respect their cross-border tax transactions.
