Graeme is a Partner in Deloitte’s Australian transfer pricing team, and is focused on building and developing Deloitte's connection with Western Sydney businesses. Graeme has over 16 years’ experience in public practice with Deloitte, in both Australia and the United States, and his clients have included multinational corporations in a variety of industries with operations centered in a range of different countries.

Graeme has had considerable involvement in all facets of transfer pricing in Australia and has recently worked on a number of bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangement projects for companies in the technology, consumer goods and resources trading sectors.

Graeme recently spent time with Deloitte’s US practice. During this period, he worked with companies on many aspects of setting and reviewing cross border pricing arrangements and was involved in a number of tax efficient restructuring implementation projects. Graeme also had extensive exposure to FAS 109 and Fin 48 projects, including advising a number of clients with regard to the review and quantification of transfer pricing related tax reserves.

Graeme's experience with our Australian and US transfer pricing teams have involved many audit defense projects, completing documentation and planning studies; and assisting with negotiations relating to Advance Pricing Agreements for a number of Australian and US companies.
