Jack Fernandes leads BDO’s Transfer Pricing (TP) Services team in Hong Kong and has over 20 years of international tax and transfer pricing ("TP") experience.

Jack advises on a full range of international tax and TP issues covering planning, risk assessment, implementation and controversy. He has in-depth experience in IP planning (including cost contribution arrangements); booking models for global trading; and intra-group services.

He has significant experience in treasury TP planning for non-financial groups covering debt capacity, capital management, cash and liquidity management, and analysis of a full range of intra-group funding and risk transfer arrangements.

Prior to joining BDO, Jack was at an international accounting firm where he specialized in financial services.
