Kinjesh Thakkar is Head of Tax at Linde Engineering India leading Asia Pacific Region Taxation. He has won best In-House Tax Leader of the year Award in Asia pacific region by International Tax review for the year 2023. In past, his team has won In-House Transfer pricing Team of the year award at Asia Pacific region level and Jury Tax Award at National level from International Tax Review and Tax India Online foundation respectively.

During his professional career, he has worked on some of the most technical & complex International Tax & Transfer pricing projects, structuring and restructuring and tax efficient project level planning. He is recognised by various technical forums for putting his thoughts on paper and providing a perspective to tax law. He has written various articles on International Tax, Transfer pricing published in various journals, magazine, newspaper & online portals. He has taken presentations and guest lectures at various International, National forums & universities.

From academic standpoint, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Postgraduate in commerce. He has secured Merit position at National level in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary course.
