Kirsty is a partner in Forvis Mazars Singapore and leads the transfer pricing team. She has more than 17 years of transfer pricing advisory experience with more than 10 years in Singapore as well as experience in the UK and the US. Kirsty’s career has been largely focused on transfer pricing advisory and she has significant experience in designing and implementing centralized structures and building a robust transfer pricing model to support the principal entity returns. She is passionate about tax governance and tax risk mitigation through aligning the tax operating model with the business through legal contracts; processes and controls; systems; and communication / publicly available information. More recently Kirsty has been helping clients to understand the implications of BEPS Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 on transfer pricing policies.
