She began her career at Arthur Andersen, spent several years at PSA Corporation, before joining DFS. At DFS, Lai Ping expertly navigated complex regulatory changes across the Asia Pacific region, the USA, France, Italy, and Abu Dhabi, ensuring senior stakeholders remained well-informed of business impacts.

With a keen eye for strategic value creation, Lai Ping led the global tax team to consistently deliver impactful results, driving efficiency and aligning tax strategies with organizational goals.
