Profile
Professor Michael Kobetsky (ANU College of Law, The Australian National University) researches and teaches in transfer pricing, tax treaties and international anti-avoidance measures. He has published extensively on international taxation in journals and books. Professor Kobetsky has presented papers at seminars and conferences and provided training for government officials around the world. He is a member of the United Nations Sub-Committee on Transfer Pricing (since 2010) and the United Nations Sub-Committee on Extractive Industries Taxation Issues for Developing Countries (since 2014). Professor Kobetsky has worked as a consultant for the United Nations, OECD, IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, GIZ and the IBFD. Professor Kobetsky is currently a transfer pricing and tax treaties consultant for USAID in Southern Africa
