Peter assists organizations in analyzing, designing, and implementing updates to their underlying operating and business model strategies, including migration and alignment of intellectual property, foreign currency management, internal restructurings and acquisition integrations, principal operating company set-up and maintenance, and foreign tax credit utilization.

He works with clients to understand their current state structure, identify areas of focus, and outline future state structures while providing holistic solutions which drive client value through teaming with other tax and non-tax functions.

Prior to joining BDO, Peter began his career at a Big Four firm and has 17 years of experience serving the complex and strategic tax needs of startups through large multinational organizations in a variety of industries.
