·handling transfer pricing matters for banks - transactions including sales, offshore booking, funding, investment banking, brokerage, equities and fixed income trading, wealth management etc. ·operational transfer pricing matters including complex revenue split and profit split across the business divisions and legal entities; ·advising on investment management process from transfer pricing perspective; ·conducting interest rate transfer pricing analysis for financing, cash pool and guarantee transactions; ·preparing transfer pricing policy for treasury services entities of multinational group; ·handling various transfer pricing due diligence projects under mergers and acquisitions; ·handling Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAPs) and Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs); ·litigation such as preparing and filing grounds of appeal, obtaining stay on tax demand, replying to queries by tax authorities etc.; ·assisting clients in preparing OECD Master File and Local File and conducting diagnostic review of Country-by-Country Reporting;
