Rahul Dinodia is a senior tax and finance leader with over 18 years of experience across multinational groups and leading global advisory firms, with deep expertise spanning international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate finance, IFRS, governance, and cross-border structuring. Over the course of his career, he has led complex tax and finance agendas across 40+ markets in the GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia, advising and supporting diversified businesses through regulatory change, strategic transformation, and enterprise growth.

He currently serves as Group Head of Tax, where his role extends beyond tax into broader areas of business partnering, risk management, financial governance, and strategic decision support. Rahul is known for combining strong technical depth with commercial judgment, and for helping organisations translate complex tax and transfer pricing issues into practical business decisions that protect cash flow, strengthen control, and create long-term value.

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant, CIMA/CGMA, and ADIT qualified professional, with additional specialisation in Transfer Pricing and IFRS. He has previously worked with organisations such as EY, National Bank of Kuwait, Alshaya Group, and Majid Al Futtaim, and is increasingly recognised as a finance leader who brings together tax, strategy, Governance, and business transformation in a way that is both commercially relevant and execution-focused.
