Reza Firdauzi has more than 23 years of experience in tax area. He started off his professional journey in Arthur Andersen in Indonesia and continued as in house tax practitioner in various industries i.e. financial institution, oil & gas operator, drilling, telecommunication, oil & gas services and FMCG.

He joined Mondelēz International in Indonesia as a Head of Tax Indonesia since March 2022. At Mondelēz, he leads the tax function for the group of Mondelēz in Indonesia. In this role, he is responsible for all areas of taxation, strategic tax planning, tax litigation, tax risk management, and tax compliance.

His experience in various multinational companies makes him an expert in managing tax aspects of M&A, transfer pricing, tax disputes, tax advisory and dealing with government officials.

Reza received many achievements during his experience i.e. “Compass Award” and “Leading with Impact” when he worked in Unilever as a Tax Director Indonesia and “Agile Award” when he worked in Suntory as Head of Tax & Treasury.
