Shefali is a Partner in the Transfer Pricing practice at Deloitte, India. She has over 15 years of niche experience in Transfer Pricing. She has advised multinational clients on end-to-end transfer pricing solutions including value chain advisory, setting up transfer pricing policies, BEPS, Indian and global documentation. She also has rich experience in transfer pricing dispute resolutions which include Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and resolving litigation before various forums.

Shefali has a special focus on Financial Services industry and has added value to fund structures and transfer pricing policies of clients across FS space. She has also served MNCs across other industries like Life science & Healthcare, TMT, Consumer etc.

She is a member of Deloitte India’s Happiness Council. She is also a core team member of Women of IFA Network. She has written numerous articles/chapters for leading newspapers and publications.

Shefali is a Lawyer by qualification. She also holds a MBA degree and has done Masters in Economics.
