Vaibhav Sanghvi is a seasoned international tax executive with over 25 years of experience spanning global tax strategy, compliance, digital taxation, transfer pricing, and M&A integration.

He currently serves as Global Head of Tax and ESG Committee Head for a multinational corporation, where he leads the design and implementation of global tax operating models, oversees complex cross‑border audits and disputes, and advises senior leadership on tax implications of strategic business transformation and growth initiatives.

Vaibhav’s career includes senior leadership roles across Big 4 advisory firms and MNCs in manufacturing, technology, cybersecurity, oil & gas, and trading sectors. He has led global tax operations across more than 40 countries, overseen M&A integrations exceeding $25 billion, and played a key role in BEPS 2.0 and digital economy taxation initiatives. Based in Singapore, he is an active member of the regional tax community, regularly contributing to government roundtables and industry forums shaping the future of international tax policy
