Andy Bubb is a seasoned expert in tax disputes, with a particular focus on assisting multinational clients in dealing with contentious and potentially contentious international tax and transfer pricing matters. Andy has more than a decade's expertise in complex tax disputes. Clients look to him for guidance across the full spectrum of managing contentious tax matters, particularly in resolving audits and objections. In addition to his excellent knowledge of key ATO focus areas such as transfer pricing, the general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR) and the diverted profits tax, he brings significant expertise in ATO dispute resolution processes such as settlement negotiations and administrative processes including the GAAR panel, the Independent Review process and freedom of information requests.
