Jonathon is an Associate Director in the BDO transfer pricing practice in Sydney and has over a decade of experience assisting clients with their transfer pricing policies & arrangements and advises on how to manage their transfer pricing compliance.
Jonathon’s previous experience includes working as a transfer pricing advisor in the ‘Big 4’. Jonathon has experience in assisting SME to large multinational companies with transfer pricing planning, documentation, negotiating advanced pricing agreements and assistance with audit defense. An area of interest for Jonathon is intra-group financing and has assisted clients with pricing on intra-group financing arrangements and determining a commercially supportable level of gearing. Jonathon has also assisted clients comply with their obligations under the Australian country-by-country reporting rules and include the preparation of CbC reports, Master Files and Local Files.
