Joon is a legally qualified tax and strategy professional with extensive corporate and international tax experience in the Asia Pacific region. Her career spans both consulting and in-house roles with global responsibilities. Joon has deep experience in the development and delivery of tax governance frameworks, processes and controls, managing tax aspects of commercial strategies, and tax reporting and compliance. Passionate about life experiences, communities, connections and learning – Joon carries a strong belief in authenticity, diversity and an engaged workforce. Joon is currently the Regional Head of Tax (APAC) at CSL, an ASX listed global biotechnology leader headquartered in Melbourne.
