Paul is a tax professional with over 20 years experience in Australian corporate and international taxation. His career has included in-house Head of Tax roles where he has been responsible for all aspects of tax, covering tax governance, advisory and compliance across a number of jurisdictions including cross border leasing, securitisations, managed investment trusts (MIT) taxation, transfer taxes, transfer pricing, stamp duty, asset financing, GST and M&A transactions. With a Big 4 background, his experience also spans across a number of industries including financial services, aviation, property, infrastructure, funds management, rail and logistics and insurance in both listed (ASX and offshore) and unlisted environments. Most recently, Paul is Head of Tax at ASX listed Humm Group Limited, a non-bank financial provider and fintech which facilitates purchases for over 2.7m customers operating in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada and the UK. Paul is passionate about continually learning and growing businesses, teams and has a deep understanding business transformations.
